This is an accelerated appeal from an order terminating the parental rights of appellant Christopher Murray to his minor child, N.M., after a jury found that his rights should be terminated. The Department of Family and Protective Services (the "Department") sought to terminate Murray's parental rights to N.M. on the grounds that Murray knowingly placed or knowingly allowed N.M. to remain in conditions or surroundings...
