Appellant Jose R. Carreras, M.D. appeals from the trial court's denial of his motion to dismiss health care liability claims brought by appellee Jose G. Zamora. By one issue, Dr. Carreras contends that the court abused its discretion in failing to dismiss the claims because he was not timely served with Zamora's expert report or, in the alternative, because the expert report was inadequate under the Texas Civil Practice...
