This is the tragic story of a private airplane crash in Ozona, Texas, on October 19, 2001. The cause of the accident is undisputed. Stated bluntly, the Piper PA-30 Twin Comanche simply ran out of gas or, as phrased by the expert witnesses, the crash occurred as the result of "fuel starvation."
