Mario Aguilar appeals the trial court's decision to grant the Socorro Independent School District's (SISD) plea to the jurisdiction. Aguilar brought suit alleging wrongful termination/constructive discharge and retaliation. SISD filed a plea to the jurisdiction and a motion for summary judgment.
