Anthony Crosby sued Wal-Mart Stores Texas, LP ("Wal-Mart") seeking to recover damages for personal injuries he sustained in an accident at a Wal-Mart Neighborhood Store. Trial was to the court. The court's judgment decreed that Crosby recover $869,200, plus interest and costs, from Wal-Mart.
