Opinion By Justice FITZGERALD.

Calvin Bernard Sumrell appeals his conviction for delivery of four grams or more but less than two hundred grams of cocaine. After the jury found appellant guilty, the trial court sentenced appellant to twenty-five years' imprisonment and a $1000 fine.
