KEASLER, J., delivered the opinion of the Court in which MEYERS, PRICE, WOMACK, and HERVEY, JJ., joined.

Officer Vance Johnson failed to warn Thai Ngoc Nguyen of all of his rights under Section 3, Article 38.22, Texas Code of Criminal Procedure, when he arrested Nguyen for traffic violations and interrogated him. The court of appeals held that the trial judge erred in admitting Nguyen's oral statement, which constituted the crime of hindering...
