Appellant, Verizon Corporate Services Corp., appeals the granting of summary judgment in favor of appellee, Kan-Pak Systems, Inc. The judgment awarded Kan-Pak actual damages in the amount of $97,464, attorney fees of $8,000, court costs, and post-judgment interest at the rate of 8.25 percent per annum.
