The probate court denied the request of Bobbie Washington (hereafter referred to as Bobbie) to be reimbursed by the estate of Lonie Washington (hereafter referred to as Lonie) for attorney's fees expended by her in two different kinds of actions connected to the underlying probate proceedings.
