JEFF BROWN, Justice.

A jury convicted Marcus Justin Kacz of deadly conduct and sentenced him to 180 days in the Harris County Jail; however, the trial court suspended the sentence in favor of eighteen months probation and a $400.00 fine. Kacz challenges his conviction and sentence contending that (1) the evidence was factually insufficient to support the jury's verdict; (2) the trial court erred in excluding testimony about a witness's statement...
