Elvis Ray Walker's Cass County jury trial for bail jumping1 centered around his claim that he did not get notice of his arraignment hearing on an earlier charge of burglary and, therefore, failed to appear for that hearing. Convicted on the bail-jumping charge and sentenced to five years' confinement and a $5,000.00 fine, Walker urges on appeal, in four points of error,
