After having amassed a rather impressive record of offenses, J.M., a juvenile, was placed on probation for felony theft of a motorcycle. On July 7, 2008, the State filed its motion to modify the disposition, alleging that J.M. violated the terms of his probation by committing misdemeanor theft and resisting arrest, among other violations.
