DAVID GAULTNEY, Justice.

David Johnson appeals from the trial court's dismissal of his medical malpractice action against Dr. Barry G. Willens. Johnson argues his report was adequate under the Medical Liability Act, but if not, he should have been allowed to cure the deficiency. Because the trial court erred concerning the curriculum vitae, and then erroneously concluded the court had no ability to consider an extension of time, we reverse the order...
