This case involves the interpretation of a purchase sale agreement ("PSA") between Simba Ventures Shreveport, L.L.C. and Rainier Capital Acquisitions, L.P. Simba appeals from a summary judgment in favor of Rainier and, in a single issue, argues the trial court erred by holding that the contract between the parties unambiguously gave Rainier the right to terminate the contract and receive a full refund of the earnest money...
