After finding Dashawn Brown guilty of cruelty to animals and making an affirmative finding on use of a deadly weapon, a jury assessed punishment at four years in prison and a $5000 fine. In six points of error, appellant challenges the legal and factual sufficiency of the evidence and contends the trial court erred in admitting certain evidence, in interrogating one of the State's witnesses, and in instructing the jury...
