The juvenile court placed Jonathan Krupa on determinate sentence probation for a two-year probationary period. Krupa was transferred to the district court and placed on community supervision. The district court later extended the probationary period for an additional three years. After the original period had expired, but within the extended period, the district court revoked Krupa's community supervision and sentenced him...
