Opinion by Chief Justice MORRISS.

Roger Dale Warr appeals his conviction for indecency with a child by sexual contact. See TEX. PENAL CODE ANN. § 21.11 (Vernon 2003). The jury assessed punishment at seven years' confinement. In the trial of the charges against Warr, the State introduced the supporting affidavit for a search warrant for Warr's residence and also introduced a group of sex toys...
