Through this petition for writ of mandamus, relator, Consuelo Villarreal Cantú, contends that the trial court failed to satisfy "the mandatory and jurisdictional notice requirements of the Texas Probate Code" because it held an initial guardianship hearing and appointed a temporary guardian "without giving the proposed ward prior notice as required by section 875 of the Texas Probate Code....
