JOHN G. HILL, Justice.

Jonathan Aaron Hallmark appeals his conviction by a jury of the offense of murder. The jury assessed his punishment at life imprisonment in the Texas Department of Criminal Justice, Institutional Division, and a fine of $10,000. Hallmark contends in two issues that the trial court abused its discretion in denying his motion to suppress an oral statement made by him after he had previously invoked his right to remain silent...
