PATRICK A. PIRTLE, Justice.

Appellant, Charles H. Harrison, was convicted following a jury trial of driving while intoxicated. The court assessed sentence at 180 days confinement and a $2,000 fine-all of which was suspended in favor of twenty-four months of community supervision. Appellant's single issue on appeal is whether the trial court erred in denying his motion for dismissal based upon a violation of his constitutional right to a speedy trial...
