Nolan Vance Holloway appeals the trial court's entry of no evidence summary judgments in favor of Appellees Texas Electric Utility Construction, Ltd. ("Texas Electric") and Deep East Texas Electric Cooperative ("DETEC") respectively. In two issues, each of which contain numerous subissues, Holloway argues that the trial court erroneously granted Texas Electric's and DETEC's no evidence motions for summary judgment...
