After more than 26 years of marriage, Jodie Ileane Wright sued Glenn Arnold Wright for divorce on March 14, 2006. In an amended pleading filed on February 22, 2007, she asked for a disproportionate share of the community estate. Because Glenn had transferred to an employee, Faron Gryder, 49% of the shares in one of their companies three days after she filed for divorce, Jodie named Gryder as a co-respondent.
