Introduction

Appellant Wilbert L. Clewis, Sr. appeals the trial court's denial of his motion to vacate the judgment it signed in September 2000. In three related issues, Clewis asserts that the judgment is void because of the parties' failure to comply with statutory and administrative requirements concerning workers' compensation suits.
