In this breach of contract case, the trial court awarded $313,500.00 in damages, plus attorney's fees. In two issues, Tiger Truck, LLC (1) challenges the legal and factual sufficiency of the evidence to support the trial court's finding that there was no valid reason for Tiger Truck to terminate the contract; and (2) argues the trial court erred in awarding damages in excess of the $50,000 liquidated damages contractually...
