Opinion by Justice FITZGERALD.

William D. Beard appeals the trial court's judgment ordering appellant disbarred. Appellant brings six issues asserting several jury findings were barred by the statute of limitations, the evidence conclusively established appellant did not commit the alleged misconduct, the evidence is legally and factually insufficient to support the jury's findings, and the trial court erred in submitting supplemental instructions...
