Sandy Agosto was charged with aggravated robbery and pleaded not guilty. TEX. PENAL CODE ANN. § 29.03 (Vernon 2003). A jury found him guilty and assessed punishment at twenty-two-and-one-half years' confinement and a $10,000 fine.
