This appeal arises from a personal injury lawsuit. In the trial court, Appellees moved for a summary judgment, asserting that the Cranes (Appellants) were judicially estopped from pursuing their lawsuit, because the Appellants did not disclose their personal injury claim in their bankruptcy case.
