This is an interlocutory appeal. Appellants, two doctors and one nurse, challenge the trial court's order denying their motion to dismiss medical malpractice claims filed by appellees. Appellants argue that appellees' expert's reports do not comply with the requirements of chapter 74 of the Texas Civil Practice and Remedies Code because the expert identifies one standard of care for more than one defendant and does...
