Appellant, Corbett K. Weinn, entered a plea of nolo contendere to possession with intent to deliver a controlled substance, methamphetamine, of less than 400 grams but at least 200 grams, and appellant entered a plea of guilty to manufacturing a controlled substance, methamphetamine, of less than 400 grams but at least 200 grams.
