Appellant William A. Paulea challenges his conviction for possession of a controlled substance, claiming the trial court committed error in denying his motion to suppress the evidence seized during an unlawful arrest. Because the State did not produce the warrants, which were the stated basis for appellant's arrest, and because the record does not contain adequate grounds to conclude probable cause existed for his arrest...
