Oscar Pena De La Paz1 was convicted of two counts of aggravated sexual assault and one count of injury to a child, was sentenced to seventy-five years confinement for each of the aggravated sexual assault counts and twenty years confinement for the injury to a child count, and fined $10,000 for each count.
