The State filed a petition alleging that C.J., a juvenile, had engaged in delinquent conduct by striking another boy with his hand. C.J. pleaded not true to the allegation. The trial court found the allegation true, and it placed C.J. on probation, in the custody of his mother, until his eighteenth birthday.
