Opinion by Justice MURPHY.

In two points of error, appellant Michael H. Levitin claims the trial court erred in granting summary judgment in favor of Sandra Holmes on her breach of indemnity agreement claim and in favor of The Michael Group, L.L.C. on its breach of contract claim. We reverse the trial court's summary judgment in favor of Holmes and remand this portion of the case to the trial court...
