Opinion by Justice CARTER.

Steven Duane Chandler appeals his conviction for assault on a public servant.1 In two points of error, Chandler claims: 1) the State failed to disclose or provide exculpatory evidence, thereby violating the rule of Brady v. Maryland,2 and 2) the prosecutor made a statement in closing argument that was impermissible in that it was a comment on Chandler's failure...
