In this will contest case, Delmer Urbanczyk contends his mother, Isabel Urbanczyk, lacked testamentary capacity in April 2003 when she executed a will or the will was the result of the undue influence, duress, or fraud of his brother Marvin Urbanczyk and Marvin's wife Janet Urbanczyk.1 Delmer also sued Marvin and Janet for tortious interference with inheritance rights and alleged Marvin and...
