In a single issue, the City of Dallas contends the trial court erred by denying its plea to the jurisdiction because Olivia J. Carbajal did not give notice under section 101.101 of the Texas Tort Claims Act (the Act) of her claim against the City for personal injuries arising from a one-vehicle traffic accident. See TEX.
