Opinion by Justice CARTER.

Jeremy Daniel Wehring was charged with the misdemeanor offense of driving while intoxicated (DWI). Alleging that the initial traffic stop for failure to use a turn signal in a right-turn-only lane was illegal, Wehring filed a motion to suppress the evidence related to the DWI charge. A hearing resulted in the denial of the motion to suppress, and this appeal ensued. The sole question on appeal is whether Section 545.104...
