In an opinion and judgment dated May 14, 2008, we reversed the trial court's judgment and rendered a take-nothing judgment in favor of appellant. Appellees, who were the plaintiffs below, filed a motion for rehearing. We vacate our earlier judgment, withdraw our earlier opinion, and issue this opinion and judgment in their place.
