This appeal addresses the trial court's jurisdictional ruling on a special appearance filed by appellee, Pulmosan Safety Equipment Corporation ("Pulmosan"), in multi-district silica litigation. Appellant, John S. Moore ("Moore"), appeals the trial court's order granting Pulmosan's special appearance.
