Unhappy with their purchase of a house, Laslo and Magdolna Olah sued the seller, Leslie Rich, alleging violations of the Deceptive Trade Practices-Consumer Protection Act ("DTPA"), statutory and commonlaw fraud, and negligent misrepresentation relating to the transaction.
