Joe T. Estrada Jr. was charged in separate indictments with two counts of burglary of a habitation and one count of capital murder. His bail was set at $20,000 in each of the burglary cases and at $1,000,000 in the capital murder case. Estrada filed an application for writ of habeas corpus in each case, seeking to reduce the amounts of his bail. The trial court denied relief in each case and Estrada appeals...
