Appellant Niclas L. Jonsson filed an application and petition for entry of judgment on foreign judgment in Collin County. Appellees Rand Racing, L.L.C. and William Rand filed a motion to vacate judgment, which the trial court granted. On appeal, appellant contends the trial court erred in granting the motion to vacate because the California judgment is valid and enforceable under the Uniform Enforcement of Foreign Judgments...
