The State appeals the district court's orders quashing the indictments pending against appellees Carol Wiesman, Donna Iverson, and Timothy Carney in these causes. See Tex.Code Crim. Proc. Ann. art. 44.01(a)(1) (West Supp.2008). The indictments accuse the appellees of securing by deception the execution of documents, specifically workers' compensation insurance...
