This case involves a post-judgment challenge to the trial court's denial of a motion to transfer venue. TBAN Properties # 1, L.T.D. ("TBAN") brought a declaratory judgment action in Dallas County against Airvantage, L.L.C. ("Airvantage") to request the removal of a lis pendens from its Harris County property.
