Credit Suisse Securities (USA) LLC and Deutsche Bank Securities, Inc., (collectively, "the Banks") appeal the granting of a temporary injunction in a suit brought against the Banks by Huntsman Corporation. See TEX. CIV. PRAC. & REM.CODE ANN. § 51.014(a)(4) (Vernon 2008). We hold that the trial court did not abuse its discretion by issuing the temporary injunction.
