Appellant, Robert P. Sepeda, was indicted for the felony offense of driving while intoxicated, third or more offense, which included jurisdictional allegations of two prior convictions for the offense of driving while intoxicated. Further, the indictment alleged two other felony convictions for the purpose of punishment enhancement. A jury found appellant guilty and found that both prior enhancement allegations were true...
