This appeal arises from a suit filed in county court seeking damages for breach of a lease agreement. The county court rendered judgment in favor of the Plaintiff/Appellee Walter D. Noelke as general partner of the NF5 Family Limited Partnership. The issue presented is whether the county court had jurisdiction to render the judgment.
