Opinion by Chief Justice MORRISS.

$130,510.00 in cash belonging to Manuel Alvarez1 has been forfeited as contraband. That forfeiture was decreed based on circumstantial evidence of suspicious factors, including drug-dog alerts on the exterior of a pickup truck in which the cash was being transported and arguably on wrappings removed from that bundled cash.
