Opinion by Justice YAÑEZ.

Appellant, Jonathan Wayne Gipson, was found guilty of committing the offense of aggravated robbery1 and was sentenced to seven and a half years' imprisonment. In two issues, Gipson asserts the trial court erred in denying his motion to suppress. We affirm.
