Appellant, John W. Hovorka, M.D., appeals the trial court's grant of partial summary judgment in favor of Appellees, Community Health Systems, Inc. ("CHS"), Big Bend Hospital Corporation d/b/a Big Bend Regional Medical Center (the "Hospital"), and Big Bend Regional Hospital District, on their breach of contract counterclaims.
